Sharley Jackman, RDN

Hello! I am a Registered Dietitian living in one of my favorite places, Colorado Springs, Colorado! 

I've always had a love for cooking and baking, but my interest in nutrition was sparked in high school, when I was at a running camp in Gunnison, CO. I attended a cooking and nutrition class that was taught by a registered dietitian, and at that moment, I knew exactly what career path I wanted to pursue!

Nutrition and health needs vary greatly for every person. My desire is to partner with you in understanding your current goals and challenges. We will work to develop an individualized plan specifically for you that is attainable, and can become not just a prescribed diet, but part of your lifestyle.

A Few Fun Facts:

In my spare time, you can find me experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, enjoying the amazing Colorado mountain weather with my husband, Peter, our three-year-old son, Max, and one-year-old daughter, Maya. I also love to mountain bike, cross-country and backcountry ski, and hike! 

I was a college athlete competing in cross country and track, and was a top 10 women's finisher in both the Leadville and Pikes Peak marathons​.
